    please read you book/notes. If you do not have them, there are a lot of resources online. If you are really stuck, please try to show your effort on the problem.

    if you read my replies in other posts you will knew by reading my replies that I'm trying to understand n make efforts... for this I just wanna know if this statement is true or false...I would deeply appreciate if you could me with this statement...

    You seem be struggling with the basic properties of Markov chain. Just knowing whether this statement is true or false is not going to help!

    Anyways, the steady state probabilities can be found only if the Markov chain is regular!
