From the R chart, Packer N has high repeatability since the ranges are high.

But the X chart chart shows otherwise.

% contribution for Part to part shows 99.99 while the Total Gage R&R %Studyvar shows 1.17- which means there is no operation bias.

So what happen to the packer N in R chart ?
please advise.
