    Find probabilities using F distribution tables

    I need to find the answer to x~F (11,10) and P(X<or equal to2.94)... How do we use the table? How do we kow what percent critical values should we look into?

    Tell me the one for X~F(16,75) P (X>and equal to 2.89)
    Do we use the F tables? how?
