Is a probability measure determined by the values it assigns to the closed intervals?

    True or false?

A probability measure that is defined with respect to the Borel sigmal-algebra on the Real line is uniquely determined by the values it assigns to the closed intervals.

    Hello,

I'd say true, although you have to check that the values have to make it a probability measure
