$\displaystyle \int_{0}^{2} (10-2y)\;dx = 1$ -- Check
$\displaystyle E[Y] = \int_{0}^{2}y\cdot (10-2y)\;dx = \frac{17}{6}$
$\displaystyle E[Y^{2}] = \int_{0}^{2}y^{2}\cdot (10-2y)\;dx = \frac{25}{3}$
