    Number of unique permutations random binary matrix

    Hello
    I am doing a Monte Carlo experiment with binary matrices of different sizes and 1/0 ratios. I am interested in creating a set of matrices by swapping rows randomly. For instance:

    001 010 000
    000 001 010
    010 000 001

    How can I calculate the number of unique permutations for a given matrix size and a given number of 1s?

    Thanks in advance

    I don't follow this bit.
    But for the given matrix, swapping only rows there are
    3!=6 unique matrices.
