Depends for which calculator. I know how to do a scatter plot using my TI-89 calculator. Let me know if this will be of help to you.

It might be similar to mine. Can you show me how to do it on yours?

From the home screen, go to Stats\List Editor

Go to Plots -> plot setup -> define -> set "plot type" to scatter and fill in the appropriate data below.
