The binomial distribution is the distribution of the number n of successes
in N Bernouli trails when the probablity of success in a single trial is p.

    P_p(n|N)=\left(^N_n\right )p^n (1-p)^{N-n}.

Where \left(^N_n\right )=\frac{N!}{n!(N-n)!} is the bianomial coefficient.
In your problem p=0.3, N=8 and n=6. So:

    P_{0.3}(6|8)=\left(^8_6\right )0.3^6 0.7^{2}=0.0100.
