    Help solving Markov Chain Problem

Okay so, I've been taking a Finite Mathematics course online, and for the life of me I cannot figure out how to handle markov chains, in the past I was able to find an example (usually a step-by-step on a site) and then was easily able to figure them out myself, however with this I've been unable to grasp how to do it.

Could anyone help me with this stuff?

Or rather, help me learn the steps from slide 5 to 6.

Wow... Really? -_- I cannot believe it was just that simple, I was really over-thinking this.
