    Probability Theory

    Hi Guys,

    i'd be greatful if anyone could give me a start, or any advice whatsoever on answering the following questions

    I'm ust going to pick on it a little.

    For 2a, does it meet the definition?

    For 2, in general, "a random point uniformly distributed". What does that mean? How do you distribute a random point?

    the "x" coordinate of the point and the "y" coordinate follow a uniform distribution so X,Y~U(0,1) i think
