Anova Problem - Question
A geographer compares residential lot sizes in four quadrants of a city. To do this, she randomly samples 300 records from a city file on home residences and records the lot sizes (in thousands of square feet) by quadrant. The partial ANOVA table below refers to a comparison of mean lot sizes for the northeast (NE), northwest(NW), southwest(SW), and southeast (SE) quadrants of the city.

1. What is the degrees of freedom for the quadrant variable?
2. What is the MS value for the quadrant variable.
Can someone show me how to do #1 and #2 ? Thanks
