A physician at a local hospital wrote that "Dr.X was notified that for a particular procedure, his complication rate of 20% lsat year year (n=10) was unacceptable for
continued privileges". So he took one a month remedial course for improving his
technique. His complication rate is now 15% (n = 15). Has he really improved?
Conduct an appropriate test of hypotheses to address this question. Clearly state
your null and alternate hypotheses. You may assume some rounding o was done
in the letter and the 15% is really 2/15. Compute an appropriate p-value and
state your conclusion.
