Little's law Queueing system
Please help me with he problem below. Thanks so much.
Consider two connections with loads 0.3 and 0.45 over a shared link (load is measured as a fraction of the link capacity used). They have mean waiting times of packets as 0.4 sec and 0.5sec at a FCFS scheduler (`First-come-First-served') on the link. If a new scheduler gives the First connection a mean delay of 0.2 sec, what must the mean delay of the other connection increase to? Use Little's law Queueing systems.
