Testing for significant difference between between percentages between samples

Hi, I really hope someone can help. I'm having real problems finding the correct statistical test!

A survey has been completed observing the behaviour of three apes in captivity. The apes behaviour was noted every 30 seconds for a period of 24 hours. It was found that the two male apes were climbing for 30% of the sample (say 29% and 31% each) but that the female was climbing for only 10% of the time. Which statistic test should I use to determine if this is a significant difference?

Id be grateful for any help I can get! Thankyou!

    What, no takers?

Is it that there is no way to test this difference or have a made some sort of mistake in my posting?

I'd still love some help :-)
