I have a matrix [0 0.25 0.75, 0.8 0 0.2, 0.3 0.7 0]

How do you calculate the periodicity and find whether it has a limiting distribution without calculating it?

I know that the group is {0,1,2} and its closed and recurrent i just need help with these last two things, thanks.
