Problem:
In a customer care center, there are independent(random) "x1,x2,x3" number of calls arrive for every 30 minute interval for 48 intervals of a day in skill1, skill2, skill3. If I have a skill matrix of nth order reported as agent Groups(or agents) is rows and Skills in columns with priority(with 1 being highest). How would be the linear programming to determine the number of agents required for a random arrival of call per individual skills and how different it would be as compared to an independent agent group ?
