17 Bernoulli trials with Pr(s) = P are performed. Incidentally, Pr(exactly 6 successes) and Pr(exactly 7 successes) are equal. Calculate P (answer in fraction in lowest terms).

X ~ Binomial(n = 17, p).

Get an expression for Pr(X = 6) and Pr(X = 7). Equate these expressions and solve for p. If you need more help, please post what you've done and say where you get stuck.
