    Determine a...from the given P(x) and p(x)

Hello everybody. Need some help on this:

    Let X-\varepsilon(\lambda)

    and

    P(x)-p(x)=1-(e^{-ax}+ae^{-\lambda x})
    where P(x)-distribution function and p(x)-density for X

    Determine a!
