# Leslie Matrix

I have a difficulty to solve this problem. I wonder how am i going to find a matrix factor that if i multiply it by a 12x12 leslie matrix, will give me almost the same leslie matrix but doubled the breeding rate. this is the Leslie Matrix 1:

and this is what we should get after multiplying a matrix factor to L1:

I'm not sure that I understand what you are asking for, what is wrong with:
