Can someone help at a riddle? :)

Well... I just wanted to know if there's an mathematical standard for these numbers:

    18003646889521991261145145198561145190830457651228 21773508434856284746889805210364991599118674519468 89521991534527446472611451451948561145065534527446 47261145145194856114506563561145198675635611451919 911800364688952199126114511991

If there's an equation or something like that... I have no idea of what that means... But i really believe that those numbers can be converted into letters, and this way, form something that makes sense well, if someone can help me, i'll be very thankful

Well... it's a simple 2D based game... Tibia (www.tibia.com) there are some books on a Library that are coded with this language, called "469" language...

There's an overview of the Library that hold those books, it's situated in a place called Hell Gate (in-game)

I just thought it was interesting trying to decode it
