you need to show that $\displaystyle \left| \frac 1{\sqrt{n + 1}} - 0 \right|< \epsilon$ for $\displaystyle \epsilon > 0$ and $\displaystyle n$ "suitably" large

what does n have to be larger than for $\displaystyle \frac 1{\sqrt{n + 1}}$ to be less than $\displaystyle \epsilon$?

of course you would phrase all this to conform to the sequence definition of the limit given in your text...
