    Complex numbers

    New to this concept don't understand
    1. Find all the complex 5th
    th roots of -i and sketch them in the complex plane. (Please leave
    the answers in exponential form.)

    Well the most general way to write -i in exponential form is $\displaystyle \begin{align*} e^{\left( 2n + 1 \right) \pi } \end{align*}$ where $\displaystyle \begin{align*} n \in \mathbf{Z} \end{align*}$. What power do you take it to to find a fifth root?
