Here is the problem I am working on and I do not know what to do next am I supposed to combine the variables, I know I isolate and divide by the one I want to find but I do not come close to any of the answers given :

sigma FX= .667TAB -.408TAC-.514TAD = 0
sigma FZ= .333TAB - .408TAC+ 0.514TAD = 0

Solve for each to find tensional force

TAC= 636 N
TAB = 519 N

Can someone please help, and explain slowly and simplistically I have been struggling with this I am a complete moron.

Are you doing another equilibrium problem but this time in 3 dimensions? I understand TAC,TAB,TAD as single variables.
Then you have a system of linear equations. Just have a computer solve it for you with determinants.
