differential of 2 functions with 2 variables

z=f(x,y) z<=x2+y2 and this function only gets positive values. Find if this function has differencial in o(0,0)

Somebody smarter than me might guess what you're talking about but I don't understand your question.

    Can you make it clearer?

hmmm you may be right because english is not my native language i will try to explain it better,
first of all the function is not given but it is said it is a function with 2 variables. than it is said that f(x,y) ≤ x2+y2 . I have to find if this function that is not given has differencial in A(0,0)
