One of the courses that I am taking this year is Game Theory, but the problem is that I have been given no required textbooks to get and the notes given by my lecturer are not very good (his first language isn't English so sometimes things don't make sense). My course is at the post graduate honours level (4th year of university), so I was hoping that someone might have a textbook that will cover what I need to know in depth. So far we have gone over the following topics:
1) Basic games describing nodes and utility functions.
2) Strategies and normal representation of games such as dominant and dominated strategies, nash equilibrium and rationizable strategies.
3) Mixed strategies where we have started dealing with probabilities.
If anyone knows of a book that covers these topics well, please could you let me know about it. Thanks very much guys, cheers.
