Profit: P=210O_1+175O-2+190O_3-28(A+B) - other cost terms that I missed originally because it was difficult to view the question and type the post at the same time.

    Outout1: O_1-(0.08B+0.2C)=0

    Output2: O_2-(0.4C+0.3D)=0

    Output3: O_3-(0.1A+0.4D)=0

    Intermediate: I=0.5A+0.55B+0.3R\ge0

    Waste: W=0.4A+0.37B+0.4C+0.3D-R=0

    Non-negativity: O_1,O_2,O_3\ge 0

OK the corrected Profit (per hour)

    Profit: P=210O_1+175O-2+190O_3-28(A+B)-32A-31B-25C-35D-45R

    A \le 50

    B \le 50

    C \le 50

    D \le 50

    R \le 60

Where O_1,O_2,O_3,A,B,C,D,R are in units of tonnes per hour
