Minimize an Error Function

Hi,
How can I find x1...xL such that minimize the Sigma expression having the following assumptions (see attached file)?
S1...SK and c1...cK are given constants (belong to R).

You only need minimise:

- sum_{i=1 to K} [c_i (x_{A_i} - x_{B_i})^2]

or maximise:

sum_{i=1 to K} [c_i (x_{A_i} - x_{B_i})^2]

Which needs all the c_i be negative.
