1. ## Parametric Cubic Curve

Hey I am having trouble solving this problem.

Find the coordinates of the point at u=0.5 of a parametric cubic curve going through the points given below and having the given derivatives at the end points:

u=0, Point 1: [1 1 1]T, Derivative at Point 1: [1 3 0]T
u=1, Point 2: [2 4 1]T, Derivative at Point 2: [-0.5 2 0]T

Not really sure where to start

Not really sure where to start
Perhaps I am misunderstanding the problem but there is NO way to know what the curve is like between two points knowing only the two points and the direction of the curve at those two points- even if you assume the curve is infinitely differentiable.
