Finding angular velocity
A charged particle in a magnetic field is spiralling along a path defined in cylindrical coordinates by
r = 1 m and

theta= 2z rad (z is in meters).

The speed along the path is constant at V km/s with the value of V as given below.

Find the angular velocity, w. Give your answer in rad/s

Just take r, theta and whatever v is and put it in this equation: $\omega=\frac{|\vec v|\sin\theta}{|\vec r|}$ which will give you the angular velocity.
