    wave equation and Dirichelt boundary condition... HELP!! :(

    Hi everyone, this pde stuff is driving me insane!



    anyone got an idea of how to do this question? i keep just ending up with u(x,t) = 0 .....

    actually now its just the 'singularity' bit that i am having trouble with, any ideas anyone?
