Hey guys, I have this question that is confusing me a little. Here it is
Since the problem is 2D the most unknowns I can solve for is 3, but in this picture there is 5. 1 reaction at A, 2 at B and the 2 tensions.
$\displaystyle \sum Fx --> Cx = 0 $
$\displaystyle \sum Fy --> Ay + Cy - 1275.3 = 0 $
$\displaystyle \sum Mc --> -Ay(1) - 1275.3(1.5) = 0 $
Solving this I get Cx = 0N, Ay = -1912.95N, Cy = -3188.7N but I am not sure how to go about solving for the tensions. Thanks for any help.
