    projectile + energy

    a shell of mass 50kg at 60 degree to the horizontal with a speed 200 m/s . neglecting air resistance, the energy of the shell in joules at its highest point?

    help me with this question!

    By conservation of Energy, it should be the same as initial energy when you threw the projectile.

    So the answer is \frac12 m v^2 = \frac12. 50.(200)^2 = 10^6 J = 1MJ

    help me with this question!
