Yes and no ...... It is true that $\displaystyle F = \sqrt{3} F_{qq}$ where $\displaystyle F_{qq}$ is the magnitude of the force between two identical point charges of q that are x cm apart.
But ....... you've neglected to include the constant of proportionality. So the answer as it stands is not correct. Note also that you're obviously working in units where distance is measured in cm. Personally, I'd work in either MKS or Gaussian units ......
