I was figuring out that I need more holistic metrics to measure satisfaction, and, my initial formula consists of the follow datagram:

productivity is a factor of Min(Productivity 1 ... Productivity N) [mathematical operator ] Max (Productivity 1... Productivity N)

One could use other mathematical averaging functions this is to illustrate naturally, and, we would use industry-based standards to gather information about business standards and classifications.

yield is a factor of satisfaction for the consumer and profitability and other factors for the investor, there are other factors in between that are found in business text-books.

Thus, satisfaction is a factor of the averaging of the rating of consumers within the industries measured in the first example.

Enterprise profitability and other accounting ratios would be useful to further analyze business metrics.

Would anyone like to help me develop a new mathematical model that I can propose to the government?
