the function

$f(\alpha, \beta, \gamma; x) = \frac{\Gamma{\gamma}}{\Gamma \beta {\Gamma{\gamma - \beta}}}\int_{0}^{1} t^{\beta - 1} (1-t)^{\gamma - \beta - 1} (1-tx)^{- \alpha } dt$

please i need help on proving the function above.

there is nothing to prove since it is the integral definition of the Gauss hypergeometric function.
