It's a vector triple product:

$\mathbf{r}\cdot(\mathbf{\Phi}\times\mathbf{r}).$

And what do you know about $\mathbf{r}$ relative to $\mathbf{\Phi}\times\mathbf{r}?$

What does that tell you about the dot product in the vector triple product?
