## composite trapezoidal and Simpson's Rule

Suppose we use equal space partition and T(m) and S(m) are the composite trapezoidal and Simpson rule. Show that S(2m)=4/3T(2m)-1/3T(m).

I don't even know where to start with this because in class we started with a "formula relating T(2N) with T(N)" so i'm not even sure if it matters that we need T(m)'s but then we went into Romberg Formula and Euler's so I'm confused on this problem because it looks so familiar but I don't know what to do with it.
