Dear Forum does anyone know ,
Why is it important to identify the Pivot Element correctly in the setup for the Simplex Method?

I am having a problem figuring this aspect out , any feedback would be appreciated..

Well, I am not sure about this, all I know is that it is important to choose the "right" pivot element to avoid loops. One method of choosing the pivot element is given by Bland
