    Superposition application?

    Hi all,

    I don't understand the application of the superposition principle. Could someone explain the method for the attached problem? I'm not looking for the complete solution, just something to get me started. For instance, could someone explain how u1 and u2 were determined in the matrix? Thanks, Kim
