    L.T problem.....

    Q:let T from R^3 to R^3 be a linear transformation and I be identity transformation of R^3.If there is a scalar c and a non zero vector x belongs to R^3 s.t T(x)=cx, then rank(T-cI)
    A)can'tbe 0
    B)can't be 1
    C)can't be 2
    D)can't be 3
