Find the equation of the plane through the line (x+1)/2=(y-1)/-1=(z-2)/3 and parallel to the line x/-1=(y+2)/2=(z-3)/-3. I confess I am stumped and don't know where to start or solve this question. Can anyone help me?

If u is the direction vector of the first line and v is the direction of the second line the find $\displaystyle n = u \times v$. The n is the normal for the plane containing the first line.
