    Pronunciation/interpretation of notation?

    Hello,

    Could someone tell me how the highlighted expression is read? g "oh" f? Or what?

    we usually read it as g circle f...

    It is the "composition" of functions. f o g(x)= f(g(x)) and can also be read "f composition g of x".
