How to find a matrix who kernel is spanned by two vectors?

Can somebody help me solve the following problem?
Find a matrix whose kernel is spanned by the two vectors x= (x1, x2, x3) and y=(y1,y2,y3).
What would be the procedure if xi and yi were some integers?
You may replace xi and yi by some integers if you think that will more easier to explain.
