Please, explain how to find eigenvectors step by step. As I really didn't get, I read many sources, but I couldn't find easier way to find them.

First find the eigenvalues, $\displaystyle \lambda$, then solve for the column vector X, which will be the eigenvector, in $\displaystyle AX=\lambda X$
