    Jordan form

    Please, help me with this

Let A be a real, nXn, symmetric matrix for which there is some positive integer m such tha tA^m = I.
    If m is odd, prove that A^m = I.

If m is even, what can you say about A? Give its Jordan form.

    Thank you!
