    Geometric Description of Scalar Triple Product

    I needed to determine that u (dot) (v X x) = the determinant of:
    u1 u2 u3
    v1 v1 v3
    w1 w2 w3

    I did this, but now I need to give a geometric description of the absolute value of the aforementioned equation... How do I figure out what is going on here?

    A triple scalar product and get used to find the volume of a three dimensional parallelogram.
