    Equation of a plane

What is the equation of the plane with a basis of [2 3 0], [1 -1 3]. There is something in this problem that I just can't figure out. Can someone help me figure out how to get the coefficients of x, y and z. Thanks

    I figured it out

I figured it out. I have to use cross product to get (9, -6, -5) so the equation of the plane is 9x - 6y - 5z = 0. I do have a question if someone can help me. Do you always use the cross product to find equations using a basis? Thanks
