    Conceptually, how would you find the PLV matrix factorization?

    If you need an example to work with, here's a matrix: \begin{pmatrix} 2&&4&&9 \\ 1&&4&&2 \\ 0&&3&&4 \end{pmatrix}

    I'm fuzzy on the details here.
    What does PLV stand for? I searched Google, and it came up with nothing.
