I want to calculate the derivative of the following $sum(log(exp((-y)\odot (X*w))+vector(1)))) w.r.t.X$ where X is a matrix, y is a vector and w is a vector.

When i put this term into a matrix derivative calculator, i got the answer=$-t_0\odot y\oslash(vector(1)+t_0)*w^T$ where $t_0=exp(-y\odot(X*w))$

Solution. Answer is already given in my thread, But i don't know the steps. BTW,$\odot$ means element-wise multiply and $\oslash$ means element-wise divide

I am trying to calculate this answer. But any forumite may reply showing full steps to arrive at the answer.
