Finding zeros of polynomials

I am wondering if anyone knows a good way to solve this:

"Find the zeros of the polynomial:

P(z) = z³ - 3i z² -2z

(Hint: factorize out the z and remember the quadratic formula to factorize a quadratic).

I was factoring it in a weird way instead of just factorizeing the z,
